Here is our second black & tan pour. I’ve seen it called the Blacksmith or the Irish Black & Tan. It is Smithwick’s and of course Guinness. I personally liked the taste of this one over the more traditional Bass kristen stewart pokies & Guinness. For the die hard fans this combination is also keeping with the Guinness brewery. We have two more black & tans planned that also stick to the Guinness family.

September 11th, 2009
We got a press release from Guinness on the upcomming 250 celebrations. Here are more details. I am going to try to track down some information on US celebrations, because though I’ve heard there should be some. I have not seen any details on any. Official or not we will definitely be raising a pint to Arthur on September 24 (which I realised is also my fathers birthday!, he’s not as excited about it as I).
Straight from the horses mouth:

3GS Guinness Pour
September 1st, 2009We got us some iPhones. I thought they’d be cool and all, but they’re really way cooler than I’d imagined. One of the new features on the 3GS is the video camera. You know we had to test that out. Here is our fist pour with it. This entire post has actually been done on the phone, Shot the video, uploaded it to YouTube, and posted it on the blog. That means I can write this thing off right? I am suprised by the video quality.
Fridgits Guinness Pour
August 31st, 2009Fridgits are a toy that you put on your fridge then drop a marble and watch it fall down to the bottom. I saw them in the toy box and thought they would make for an awesome pour. We threw them in the dishwasher, cause we didn’t want to waste a Guinness (if that’s not illegal it should be). It kind of reminds me of a fountain.
Guinness is for Lovers Pour
August 6th, 2009This is our last beach pour. We were hoping to do this pour with a sand pint in the background. Our attempts at making this sand pint were a complete and utter failure. We found a neat little sand castle and went to use that, but when our backs were turned someone came through and ruined that. We set up on the remnants of this castle and noticed there had been a couple standing on the beach, with out moving for the last 10 minutes or so. We set up our shot and they cooperated nicely and stayed still for the next few minutes. The ocean is a beautiful thing and there really isn’t anything nicer than watching it with the one you love (except maybe if you both have a Guinness too).
Surfers Guinness Pour
August 5th, 2009We’ve been going to the shore every year for almost ever. Surfing seems to continue to grow in popularity every year. The surfers will come out soon after the lifeguards pack it in for the day. It’s definitely fun to watch. We were out flying kites when we filmed this. It’s kind of hard to incorperate those into a pour video.
Jetty Guinness Pour
August 3rd, 2009As you know we were at the shore (beach for you non-Jersians) last week. We have some more videos from that to share with you this week. This pour was done on a jetty. Those things get pretty Buy Viagra slippery once you get out on them. You can see some parasailers behind this one. You can’t beat the beauty of a Guinness with the backdrop of the Atlantic Ocean.
